If you’ve been following my blog, you know how much I love CJ’s Shea Butter Balm! CJ’s Butter is my go-to balm for little boo-boos and rashes. Kai’s almost four now but I’m surprised that I still find the product very helpful.
I’ve already written the reasons why I love CJ’s Butter. If you head to this link, you’ll read why I trust the product and depend on it a lot. One of the reasons I mentioned was the variety of playfully-named pleasant scents CJ’s Butter has. It makes you think of sweetness that there are times I’m tempted to put it in my mouth. It just smells delicious, but although it’s a safe product, I wouldn’t want to ingest it. I’ve tried but it doesn’t taste as good as it smells.
Anyway, I would like to share with you my top personal favorite scents just in case you consider buying CJ’s Butter. If there’s one baby product I recommend out there, it’s got to be CJ’s Butter. You can’t go wrong with this shea butter balm.
#1. Lullaby Baby
This is one of the first scents I ordered when Kai was still a baby. This is my most favorite of all scents because it makes me imagine that my kid is a cherub. It just smells so sweet and pleasant.
“Lullaby Baby is a gorgeous, soft, irresistible designer baby fragrance! It’s a tribute to the softness and innocence of babies.”
#2. Oatmeal, Milk & Honey
As described on the official website:
“This blend is a perfect marriage of oatmeal, milk and honey – mellow-soothing, with just a hint of sweetness-the comfort food of fragrance!”
#3. Warm Vanilla Cake
Can you imagine the scent of warm vanilla cake? You’ll definitely love this one if you’re into comforting scents that warm the soul.
“The smell of cake…warm, delicious, comforting…is captured in this scent!”
Bonus: It’s worth mentioning that Monkey Farts is a great smell. I had it when a friend gave me a CJ’s Butter sampler. Its name is cute and its scent is even more interesting. Hint: It smells like sweet bananas in butter.
Besides treating different skin conditions and being the perfect balm for your baby’s diaper rash (especially when cloth diapering), the pediatrician-recommended CJ’s butter works great as a perfume for your little one. There’s just so many reasons to love this product!
CJ’s Butter may be too pricey for us moms here in the Philippines but it’s really worth it. A lot of moms swear by it, including me. My stock is running out but I’ll just ask my aunt and uncle to bring some for me whenever they visit the Philippines. Haha!
